Qualifications:
– 5-8 years of audit/review experience in public accounting, including experiences of auditing Japanese companies
– BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university
– Licensed CPA
– Demonstrate leadership, problem solving, and solid oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
– Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and auditing and review procedures
– Manage, develop and mentor staff, assisting with professional growth and development of staff
– Ability to read/write/communicate in Japanese
